Call for EaP CSF Delegates for 2024 – 2026 cycle

On behalf of the EaP CSF Steering Committee, we would like to inform you that the call for delegates for the 2024-2026 cycle of the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum is now open for applications.

To get more information on the call, please consult this page. You can submit your application in either English or Russian. Nonetheless, we warmly encourage you to submit your application in English.

Submit your application here.

The deadline for applications is Sunday 10th March 2024, 23h59 CET (Brussels time).

The delegates of the Forum will be selected for the upcoming two-year cycle (2024-2026) based on the votes of National Platforms, Working Group Coordinators and EU Delegations in line with the selection criteria and geographic and thematic quotas.

Over the course of their 2-year mandate, chosen delegates will become part of a select group of prominent civil society organizations engaged in the Eastern Partnership region. They will gain exclusive access to the EaP CSF’s EaP Civil Society Summit, attended by over 300 participants among stakeholders, donors, and civil society representatives. They will have the chance to connect and actively engage in annual working groups and General Assembly meetings. Together, they will advocate for shared goals, collaborate on regional projects, influence official events within the Eastern Partnership policy framework, gain exclusive access to funding and capacity-building opportunities, and take part in various other activities organized by the Forum.

Please note that if you submitted your application during the last call spanning from December 2021 to January 2022 that was later suspended, you will have to reapply. We have revised the application form and all organizations who wish to apply to the current cycle should resubmit their application.

Should you have any questions regarding the current call for delegates, please have a look at FAQ section here or reach out to Pascal Willaumez, Membership and Governance Manager (pascal.willaumez@eap-csf.eu).

We look forward to receiving your applications.

Best wishes,

The EaP CSF Secretariat,

On behalf of the EaP CSF Steering Committee
