The regular General Assembly of the NGO “Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum Armenian National Platform’s Secretariat” was held at the office of the “Union of Informed Citizens” NGO. 9 out of 12 members participated in the meeting in person or by delegated vote.
Hovsep Khurshudyan, presented the activities of the NGO “EaP CSF ANP Secretariat” during his tenure as the Chairman of the Secretariat Council, the problems, the statutory changes, the activities carried out by the organization, highlighted the importance of increasing the visibility of the activities carried out by the NGO in social networks, as well as information about the Armenia-Europe conference to be organized by the ANP and the Union of Armenians of Europe in Brussels on 9-10 November.

Then Ashkhen Musheghyan, acting President of the NGO, presented the report on the activities of the ANP Secretariat NGO during her term in office. In general, the report covered the period from the establishment of the NGO in June 2022 up to October 2023. The Narrative report of the “EaP CSF ANP Secretariat” NGO Council was adopted unanimously.

Ashkhen Musheghyan also presented the financial report of the NGO “EaP CSF ANP Secretariat” and it was decided to send it to the auditing body of the NGO for a consideration.
The participants of the meeting discussed the support programs implemented by the “EaP CSF ANP Secretariat” NGO on providing support to forcibly displaced persons from Artsakh. The coordinator of the Secretariat’s programs presented the process of collecting money on the account opened by the Secretariat for this purpose.
